On the 9th October 2011 I was the first person in my family to run a marathon. and the following year I ran my second marathon

Since then I lost my love affair with running and I'm trying to find my place in the world of fitblrs and weightloss.

I'll write about other stuff too, because my life isn't just about running and losing weight, I'm much, much more than that. I'm a photographer and filmmaker. I'm a daughter, sister and girlfriend living far away from those who I love. I'm a Tasmanian living in Mackay trying to make a life for myself.

Starting weight: 75.6kgs (166.6 lbs)
Last week: 75.6kgs (166.6lbs)
This week: 74.9kgs (165.1lbs)
Difference: -0.7kgs (1.5lbs)
Total difference: -0.7kgs (1.5lbs)

Not bad considering the sharks are around! Now just have to keep on keeping on!

I thought I would start doing monthly goals as well as weekly weigh ins, because why the hell not?

Fitness Goals
- weigh below 73.6kgs (2kg loss)
- gym or run 6 days or week
- 2 minute plank
- run the goose ponds (2.5kms) in less than 15:30
- 10,000 steps every day

Food Goals
- track calories and macros
- no sugar in my tea
- 2 big bottles of water every day

Personal Goals
- make more money than I spend
- 4 photoshoots
- get up before 7am on days Marty is at work
- move out of this house
- get back to a more structured/regular style of blogging

I honest to god wished for death during that one - especially when I thought we were on the last round of exercises and there ended up being another 4 minutes worth of burpees and jumping lunges and squat jumps and other fun stuff like that.
