But my Dad cooked this the other day and they were DAMN GOOD!
And you know what’s even better?? They’re so easy to cook, even I could do it!
- Basically chop up an onion, some bacon and a handful of brussell sprouts
- Over a high heat fry the onion until its translucent
- add the bacon and fry that up
- Add the brussell sprouts and a splash of water and cover for 10 minutes until water has evaporated and sprouts are cooked but still crunchy.
So much deliciousness for only 252 calories!!
