So I completed 5 separate workouts today. A run, yoga, weights, Pilates and swimming.
No wonder I’m exhausted and ready to pass out! I think it’s bedtime for me!!
I often forget how hard swimming is! I swam 400m REALLY slowly and if was utterly exhausted afterwards!
Does anyone know any programs something like the couch25k but for swimming? Or just something I could use as a guide to get better?
I’m really just an extremely sweaty person.
I forgot to charge my garmin last night so I just didn’t worry about the pace which felt nice but turns out it was pretty slow!

Quick yoga done! 10 minutes instead of 20 but better than none.
Now this little chicken is heading to bed cause she’s exhausted. Sweet dreams internet!
I’m thinking in not going to get a chance to do some yoga before I head to bed! I might just have to do a short workout instead!

No time to go for a swim, by the time I get changed if have to get out to get changed before the gym closes, will aim for tomorrow though! Cause I bought ugly swimming bathers especially for it!
